- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, usually 3-5 business days.
- We have printing centres set up in many countries around the world and in most cases your orders will be dispatched by a local printing company.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

- Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including our return address.
- Ship Your Item: Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
