1. Shipping Destinations

• We ship to most countries worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK, South America, Europe, and Asia.
• If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at support@tshirtworld.com.au before placing your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Australia:

A flat rate of $10.00. Delivery in 3-15 business days AFTER printing & processing. (Depending on your location) FREE Delivery for orders over $100

• International:

Standard International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery in 7-20 business days AFTER printing & processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services

PLEASE NOTE:  If stock is not available in a particular fulfilment centre, to save time, we may source and ship direct from our overseas partners, instead of waiting for stock to arrive.

3. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed and dispatched by 10-15 business days after payment is confirmed. Generally much faster!
• Please note that all our T-shirts are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. 
• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, usually 3-5 business days.
• We have printing centres set up in many countries around the world and in most cases your orders will be dispatched by a local printing company.
• Thank you for your patience – we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please check your country’s import policies before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@tshirtworld.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at support@tshirtworld.com.au for assistance.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues, but please note that delays due to customs or postal services are beyond our control.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

• You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@tshirtworld.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including our return address.
3. Ship Your Item: Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you need a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
• We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for faulty items.
